Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Connecticut Enclosures & Screens, LLC collects through this website, why, and what we do with it. It is short because the site does very little.
What we collect
The only information you actively give us is what you type into the contact form: your name, email address, and optionally your phone number, town, the type of project, and whatever you write in the message field.
What we do with it
Your enquiry is emailed to stefan@ct-es.com so that we can reply to it. That is the entire purpose. We do not sell it, rent it, or pass it to anyone else, and submitting the form does not add you to a mailing list.
Spam protection
The contact form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a submission came from a person rather than a script. Turnstile processes technical signals from your browser to make that judgement. The site is also served through Cloudflare, which processes your IP address in order to deliver the page and to rate-limit abuse of the contact form.
Analytics, and why there is no cookie banner
This site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics. It sets no cookies, stores no identifier on your device, and does not track individual visitors or follow you across other websites. It counts page views and visits in aggregate so we can see which pages are actually read.
That is the reason this site does not interrupt you with a cookie consent banner: there is nothing to consent to. No analytics data is combined with anything you send through the contact form.
Maps
Pages showing our location embed a Google map. Loading that map involves a request to Google, which is subject to Google's own privacy policy.
How long we keep it
Enquiry emails are kept in our mailbox as business correspondence for as long as they are useful, typically the life of the job and any warranty period after it. Ask us and we will delete yours.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@ct-es.com and we will deal with it.
