1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing and using this website you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement.

2. Use licence

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials on this website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only.

3. Measurements are the customer's responsibility

Screens and panels are custom manufactured to the dimensions you supply. We are not responsible for any incorrect measurements provided to us when you place an order. If you are unsure how to measure, our technicians can measure for you within the State of Connecticut, and additional charges may apply. Call (203) 269-4499 to arrange an appointment.

4. Prebuilt screens are final sale

Because every prebuilt screen is manufactured to order at the size you specify, all sales of prebuilt screens are final.

5. Minimum orders and shipping

Certain frame and component products carry a minimum order of 20 pieces. Lengths over 8 feet require freight shipping. Current minimums and shipping terms are confirmed at the time of quotation.

6. Disclaimer

The materials on this website are provided on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim and negate all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

Product performance figures quoted on this site, including wind and static load testing, describe controlled and in-house testing of the products concerned and are not a warranty of performance in any particular installation.

7. Limitations

In no event shall we or our suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on this website.
