The brief
The homeowners wanted their porch enclosed without losing the arched openings that gave the elevation its character, and they wanted the dogs to be able to come and go on their own.
What we did
Because Screen Wall System™ panels are custom manufactured to supplied specifications rather than cut down from stock sizes, the arched tops could be built to match the existing openings exactly. A dog door was integrated into one of the panels rather than bolted on afterwards.
The result
The finished enclosure keeps the arches, keeps the bugs out, and the dogs let themselves in and out. The same panels accept glass winterization inserts, so the porch carries into spring and autumn.
